My account on Fanvue was permanently banned due to alleged “underage content”. I take accusations like this extremely seriously, which is why this situation has been very concerning for me.
All the images on my account were AI-generated and intended to represent clearly adult characters. They were created using tools available on Freepik, which also has its own content moderation guidelines.
After the ban I contacted support several times asking which specific image triggered the decision, because I genuinely wanted to understand what happened. Unfortunately I only received generic responses stating that the decision was final and inappealable.
I completely understand and support strict moderation policies, especially regarding sensitive issues like this. However, when such a serious accusation is made, I believe creators should at least be informed about which specific content caused the problem.
I actually liked the platform and was trying to build my work there long term. For this reason I sincerely hope the team could review my case once more, as I genuinely believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
