I really enjoy using this platform. Everything feels simple and easy to understand, and I didn’t have to spend hours figuring things out. Whenever I had a question, the support team was kind and helpful. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and it’s honestly one of the best platforms I’ve tried.
Ellie in Customer Service was 5 star. I won't rate the website signup process with 5 stars, but I will rate her 5 stars because she hung in there and kept working to resolve the problem until it was. Dealing with the bot didn't yield any results..but then when handed to a live person...got the job done. Thanks Ellie.
I was top 3% creator on this platform. With no previous warning, Fanvue banned my account for 'underage roleplay' for a simple picture with uniform.
My bio had 19+ years old clear statement, they took all my money and now support is unresponsive.
This is a SCAM PLATFORM, avoid it AT ALL. I have ALL the proof to show for this case, and I am starting legal actions.
If this company is going to insist on using AI, it should not be the determining factor in things like content removal. I had the audacity to wear a plaid skirt in some photos and it labelled them "underage roleplay" despite the entire set having no depictions of anything child-like. I am emailing them currently, and am actively being ignored. Plaid skirts do not equal csam and claims like that should absolutely have a human overlooking and making the final call on what is within guidelines and what isn't.
I tried to create a Fanvue account, but it was suspended immediately after verification, before I could post any content or interact with other users.
I have not violated any platform rules and was fully ready to complete identity verification, yet I was denied access.
Support responses are slow, and there is no clear explanation for the suspension.
It feels like new accounts can be blocked arbitrarily, even without posting content, which is extremely frustrating.
Fanvue should improve the verification process and provide clear communication to users when accounts are restricted.

I want to share a warning about this platform. It operates in a questionable manner and is essentially a scam. Once you earn money, you won’t be able to withdraw it. Communication is lacking; you’ll only get responses from a bot, not a real representative. Issues that should be resolved within five working days have taken over three weeks with no updates or changes. Save your time and energy—it's simply not worth it; it's a well-crafted scam. I researched further online to find others' experiences, as my initial check on a review site led me to believe it was trustworthy. Don’t repeat my mistakes; I’m not alone in facing these issues, so please be cautious and look for more information beyond just this site!
I would have rated this 5 stars since the issue was ultimately resolved, but I reduced it to 4 because I was passed between two support representatives before finally speaking with one who clarified the situation and the expected timeframe. Improving the initial response time would enhance the experience.
