The replies I received seemed like generic copy-paste responses, as they didn’t address the details I had already shared in previous emails. If I don't receive a refund, I will initiate a chargeback to recover my funds. Multiple chargeback requests could lead to the closure of their account with the bank.
Additionally, many of the positive reviews appear to be fake, lacking specific details and instead offering vague compliments. Potential customers should check reviews on other platforms, as those seem more credible, unlike this site where anyone can post misleading reviews.
It's also concerning that the company's response even misspelled their own name in the email. They may attempt to alter this later, but their actions have already revealed them as untrustworthy.
