Hello, The website lacks a Contact Us form. I bought two numbers, one from the USA and another from the UK, and I need to transfer the app to my new phone. Unfortunately, I can't reach the support team — there's no support number or contact page available. I need help resetting my password and transferring the app, but I'm not getting any replies. Please assist me at your earliest convenience.
I paid for a US phone number along with a $9.99 credit, but it simply doesn’t function; I can’t make or receive calls. Initially, their customer service was unresponsive, and after two days, they only inquired about my issue without offering any help. It feels like a scam orchestrated by an overseas operation. Their SMS pricing has different rates for US and international numbers, and their English is poorly written. The replies I received seemed like generic copy-paste responses, as they didn’t address the details I had already shared in previous emails. If I don't receive a refund, I will initiate a chargeback to recover my funds. Multiple chargeback requests could lead to the closure of their account with the bank.
Additionally, many of the positive reviews appear to be fake, lacking specific details and instead offering vague compliments. Potential customers should check reviews on other platforms, as those seem more credible, unlike this site where anyone can post misleading reviews.
It's also concerning that the company's response even misspelled their own name in the email. They may attempt to alter this later, but their actions have already revealed them as untrustworthy.
