We have one word to describe FareODaddy – “LIARS”
I made a reservation and was promised a confirmation email – LIE
When he called because he never received a confirmation email, he was told that his flight was over-booked. LIE
He was told then could not cancel his reservation -LIE since he could fly out of another airport which was over 2 hrs. further.
For the convenience of flying out of another airport, there would be a substantial increase in the fare – LIE
He was told they could not refund the cost for his reservation because American Airlines has already submitted the charge – LIE
We contacted American Airlines and found out there were seats available, the price was less than he was quoted by FareDaddy, and they would never charge the credit card since it was handled through the Travel Agent. (FareODaddy)
I should have read their reviews before booking ith FareODaddy. They are big LIARS and need to held accountable with them being shut down. SCAM COMPANY. I spoke w/Ashley who is suppose to be a supervisor with this company.
