One star is generous. Absolute scam company. Found them by using Kayak. Booked a round trip flight and received an email that once tickets were confirmed I would receive an email/charge for tickets. A short time later I receive an email to call the company to finish booking flights. The first red flag was when the woman with a heavy middle Eastern accent asked me what my issue was when I just explained I was asked to call. She then told me my return American Airlines flight was no longer available and I need to pay an additional $590 on top of the original price of $390 for round trip tickets. When I refused she told me I couldn't refuse because my departing flight was already confirmed so I need to pay up to complete the trip. I again refused and asked for a confirmation email for the departing flight and she told me her word was my confirmation (red flag number 2). I adamantly refused to pay anything additonal and told her to cancel the entire transaction due to Fareodaddy not providing the price originally stated. She told me I could not cancel and I must continue the purchase of a the return flight. I continued to refuse and she offered several "cheaper" options than the$590 initially offered. I continued to request written confirmation of the departing flight and she again said her word is my confirmation. I absolutely refused to purchase or agree to pay anything she told me my credit card had already been charged. This was a blatant lie. I immediately contacted my credit company. There was no charge for any flights and they made sure this company would be unable to charge my card at any time.
I have reported them to the BBB for whatever good it will do.
Do not ever agree to provide more money to these thieves. Call your credit card company immediately.
