They refunded my money, but utterly wasted my entire day. Due to their failure to secure my flight booking, I had to buy a new ticket elsewhere at a significantly higher price. A refund does not alleviate the stress, lost time, or extra costs caused by their incompetence. To make things worse, they are almost impossible to reach — lacking proper customer support and accountability. If you value your time and money, avoid this service. A booking platform that cannot secure tickets should not be in operation.
