Absolutely fraudulent. Unable to show confirmation that a flight was booked, airline shows no record of a flight being booked. Contacted them within 30 minutes of purchase, and they refused to refund, still can't provide confirmation of the flight saying that confirmation won't happen until the day of the flight. Tried to point to trustpilot as verification that they were not a scam, which is full of similar stories of their scam tactics and hidden fees. Avoid at all costs. Of note, my bank gave me a potential fraud warning when I originally purchased with them, which I should have paid attention to. Customer be warned.

DO NOT book with this service, especially for urgent flights! I had a terrible experience. I booked a same-day urgent flight, but the status remained "Pending" for hours without any updates. I attempted to contact their support multiple times, but it was impossible: their support email was broken and their website had no working live chat. Due to the urgency, I had to buy a new ticket directly from the airline. They finally issued a ticket 2 hours later—when it was already too late. Now they are misleading my bank during the chargeback process, falsely claiming that I "completed the flight" with their ticket. This is completely untrue. I have proof that I never used their booking. They claim "99% of tickets are issued within minutes,” but if you fall into the 1% failure, they disappear and try to keep your money by providing false information. Save your money and nerves—book directly with the airlines!
I'm writing this to support the agency. The representative was extremely helpful when I needed assistance with my check-in process. I didn't realize that I had to remove all special characters from my last name for online check-in. Overall, they are a good service, too bad they receive so much negativity from others.
