The representative was extremely rude and unprofessional! I struggled to explain our miscommunication, but she kept interrupting me. She yelled and refused to transfer me to a manager despite my requests. After a heated exchange, she called back to argue. I hung up, and she sent me an offensive email stating there would be no refund. They charged my card for a flight I never agreed to. They also failed to send any check-in emails; I had to call for that information. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
