I booked a flight, and it showed as pending. When I called for clarification, they told me it was just in case someone canceled. I pointed out that they didn’t mention this when selling the ticket, and I requested a refund. They refused to issue any refunds.
In mid-October 2025, I attempted to book a plane ticket for a friend, but it turned out to be a bait and switch. They claimed the ticket was unavailable and demanded more money. I didn’t proceed, but then they stole my credit card information and made numerous unauthorized transactions, totaling over $1,500. Thankfully, my credit card company declined these charges. They are running a fraudulent operation, and it's alarming how much they might be taking from vulnerable individuals.
The representative was extremely rude and unprofessional! I struggled to explain our miscommunication, but she kept interrupting me. She yelled and refused to transfer me to a manager despite my requests. After a heated exchange, she called back to argue. I hung up, and she sent me an offensive email stating there would be no refund. They charged my card for a flight I never agreed to. They also failed to send any check-in emails; I had to call for that information. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
This is a complete scam! After purchasing my ticket, it showed as pending. When I called, they claimed it was a promotion. I insisted they honor it, but they tried to upsell me. Realizing it was a scam, I demanded a refund. They told me it would take 7 to 10 days. I contacted my credit card company, and they denied the charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They quoted me $176.00 for a nonstop flight, but after entering my credit card information, they charged me $303.00. I needed to see my mother before she passed away. They later informed me the flight was unavailable and claimed I should have seen a disclaimer about standby tickets, which I did not. I recreated the flight search, and the price remained at $176. They denied my refund request and only offered to change my flight to a more expensive option. The customer service was disrespectful and refused to connect me with a supervisor. This is appalling, especially during such a difficult time. This company should be investigated for their practices!
This is another bait and switch operation. I booked a ticket to San Diego, but they called to ask if I could go to San Francisco instead. The representative got upset when I suggested Amsterdam. The ticket I paid for was nowhere near the price they quoted.
