They quoted me $176.00 for a nonstop flight, but after entering my credit card information, they charged me $303.00. I needed to see my mother before she passed away. They later informed me the flight was unavailable and claimed I should have seen a disclaimer about standby tickets, which I did not. I recreated the flight search, and the price remained at $176. They denied my refund request and only offered to change my flight to a more expensive option. The customer service was disrespectful and refused to connect me with a supervisor. This is appalling, especially during such a difficult time. This company should be investigated for their practices!
