This service is a total fraud. They send an email saying booking details will follow, then another stating tickets will be sent, but no tickets ever arrive. They also claim to send boarding passes within 72 hours, yet those never come either. I arrived two hours early only to find out I was past the registration deadline. The airline's site states that check-in and boarding passes can be obtained up to 60 minutes before the flight. Since they assured me the passes would be sent, I wasted 45 minutes trying to sort things out. Ultimately, I had to check in on the airline’s website, which is confusing as the check-in option leads to a malfunctioning app. There are hidden options in a dropdown that must be selected for check-in before the 60-minute cut-off or else you’re marked as a no-show. So... No boarding passes as promised. No tickets as claimed. DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING, and they refuse to refund. Thankfully, I took screenshots, but now I have to dispute the charge with my bank, and I missed my flight right before Christmas.
