This service is completely misleading. They send an email claiming booking details will follow, then another stating tickets will be sent, but no tickets ever arrive. They also promise boarding passes within 72 hours, but those never come either. I arrived two hours early only to find I was past the registration deadline. The airline’s website states that check-in and boarding passes can be obtained up to 60 minutes before the flight. Since they assured me the passes would be sent, I wasted time trying to resolve the issue. Ultimately, I learned that physical check-in on the airline's website is necessary. The process is confusing, and there are hidden options that must be selected to check in, which has to be done before the 60-minute cut-off or you're marked as a no-show. So... No boarding passes provided as promised. No tickets sent as claimed. DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING, and they refuse to issue a refund. Thankfully, I took screenshots, but now I must dispute the charge with my bank, and I missed my flight right before the holidays.

I was struggling to book a plane ticket, and the representative provided outstanding customer service! I truly appreciate all the help I received, which made my experience much smoother. All credit goes to the representative; they deserve more recognition!
I purchased roundtrip, first-class tickets for two from one city to another, scheduled to leave on a specific date and return a week later. Instead of being on our way, we are stuck at home. I didn’t cross-check the e-tickets with the confirmation, which I now regret. After discovering the issue, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I even received a call asking me to cancel the dispute for a full refund, but I’m skeptical about receiving it after I do. They didn’t respond to my calls or emails. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way.
This service is not trustworthy. They charge in one currency but do not disclose that at checkout. Additionally, they messed up my email, resulting in missed communications. I had a terrible experience with the airline, including long wait times and unexpected fees. Customer service offered no assistance, and I received conflicting information from different representatives. They struggled with communication, making the experience frustrating. I will not use this service again.
