Lied and over charged! I called them by mistake, I wanted to book with the airline directly. I asked if I was speaking to the Austrian airline and they lied and said yes. I wanted to book a flight for my 17 year old and connect his ticket to his coach. I was told there was an additional fee for my son because it is international and he is a minor. They overcharged me $561. The next day I called the airline directly with the correct number to double check the reservation and found the ticket purchased was $688 and I was scammed $561. A minor for Austrian Air is 11 year old and younger.
