Initially, I left a favorable review, but that was based on advice alone. After I hired them to purchase a ticket on December 11th, it's now January 4th, and I finally received a confirmed ticket and booking. However, there's an unexpected charge of nearly $800 on my credit card, and I'm still waiting for confirmation of my refund. Additionally, their negligence led to my credit card being hacked, forcing me to cancel my primary card during the holiday season. As of now, no issues have been resolved.
I felt completely deceived! I was quoted a price for airline tickets, only to discover hidden fees for booking that were not disclosed prior to payment. I disputed the extra charge and got my money back. Three weeks later, they called me, threatening to cancel my tickets if I didn’t pay the new fee they proposed. These individuals are nothing but scammers. Be cautious!

I thought I was calling a well-known airline when I made my reservations. The representative assured me they could assist. I had flight credits I wanted to use that would nearly cover the fare. After completing the reservations, I was informed of a balance of $250, with no explanation provided for the price difference. Upon checking my credit card statement, I found an undisclosed service charge. Very misleading.
Gave a review and received a generic response, then was asked to send an email. The email was answered, stating I would receive a response to my concern within 48 hours. Guess what? No results, just as I expected. Same outcome as before. Very deceitful service. STAY AWAY from them.
The representative was extremely helpful and patient with me. They explained everything clearly when I seemed unsure and ensured my requests for seating and mobility assistance were met. I greatly appreciate all their help and politeness.
