After I hired them to purchase a ticket on December 11th, it's now January 4th, and I finally received a confirmed ticket and booking. However, there's an unexpected charge of nearly $800 on my credit card, and I'm still waiting for confirmation of my refund. Additionally, their negligence led to my credit card being hacked, forcing me to cancel my primary card during the holiday season. As of now, no issues have been resolved.
