I received the wrong order and customer service was a pain to deal with.
They took days to reply to my enquiry, and at the end of it the conclusion was that I had to file for a return and reorder again myself.
Despite me telling them multiple times that I need the luggage urgently because I am leaving for a trip soon, customer service only replied me with an email that talked about the arrangement for the returns and I had to write yet another email to ask about the reordering.
They then go on to tell me that they are giving me a 20gbp discount for my next order so I can "enjoy a better price than before", BUT here's the catch: originally I paid $1050 for my order and they are only refunding me $1035 (shipping was $15).
Now, I frankly do not care about the difference in a few dollars, but what left a really bitter taste in my mouth is the lack of sincerity in this matter. No speedy resolution, not paying attention to what I was saying, needing me to follow up on matters, and the cherry on top would be to pretend that they are doing me a favour when they are not even refunding me the full amount for THEIR mistake.
