Top delivery, easy returns (reusable cardboard box with adhesive strip for returning the item, return label usually included in the package or printable upon registering the return, pickup at your doorstep, refund processed smoothly) … and – last but not least – top quality.

Erst wenn es um Umtausch, Rückgabe geht weiss man wie eine Unternehmensgruppe wirklich arbeitet.
Top Lieferung, essy Rücksendung (wiederverwertbarer Karton mit Klebestreifen für Rücksendung, Rücksendeetikett liegt der Sendung meist bei bzw. wird bei Anmeldung der Rücksendung ausdruckbar, Abholung an der Haustür, Rücküberweisung Geld alles top!) ... und - last but not least - top Qualität.

I’m really disappointed. First of all I get returned of the goods for the 3000€ amount because of cancellation or because of UPS.

1. You asked me to pay taxes for 400€ glasses, where all taxes were included already!!!!
2. 1 item was cancelled because out of stock, wtf? Why it’s on website than?
3. UPS asked me to provide documents to finish some tax paper (for a ring) , I don’t have time for that so I asked to send me other goods(2 sports bra and snickers)as soon as possible because I paid for extra fast delivery and send back to sender that good that I need to give the documents.
They send all my goods back.

I’m gold member of far fetch and I’m really disappointed. 3000€ which I wanted to spend I get back. No words

I received my order without a dust bag, and the packaging was in very poor condition.
For a global luxury platform, I expected much better presentation.
Luxury brands should arrive properly packaged, especially since many customers may want to gift the item — at the very least, the original dust bag should be included.
Even if the item is not intended as a gift, receiving it without proper packaging is disappointing and does not reflect the standard expected from international brands.

I received the wrong order and customer service was a pain to deal with.
They took days to reply to my enquiry, and at the end of it the conclusion was that I had to file for a return and reorder again myself.

Despite me telling them multiple times that I need the luggage urgently because I am leaving for a trip soon, customer service only replied me with an email that talked about the arrangement for the returns and I had to write yet another email to ask about the reordering.

They then go on to tell me that they are giving me a 20gbp discount for my next order so I can "enjoy a better price than before", BUT here's the catch: originally I paid $1050 for my order and they are only refunding me $1035 (shipping was $15).

Now, I frankly do not care about the difference in a few dollars, but what left a really bitter taste in my mouth is the lack of sincerity in this matter. No speedy resolution, not paying attention to what I was saying, needing me to follow up on matters, and the cherry on top would be to pretend that they are doing me a favour when they are not even refunding me the full amount for THEIR mistake.

I also like the ability to return items if they don't suit me. Returns are free of charge.
