I've been a loyal customer for years, but the delivery service has become unacceptable. They send incorrect substitutes without consulting me, my orders are often incomplete, and some vegetables arrive nearly spoiled. I waste time asking for refunds, and they ignore agreed collection times—my family was startled awake by a doorbell at 8am on a Saturday due to their errors, despite my clear request for 10am. Completely unreliable, and I will not be using their service again nor would I recommend it to others.
