Farmacias Direct promises shipment within 24-48 h. I put an order (ES#889681) in which all the items were in stock. Two days later I receive a message in which they tell me that, due to some items not being in stock, my order will be delayed.Two weeks later I haven't received any update. I contact customer service asking about my order. They reply two days later saying that my order has been shipped with a SEUR tracking number - which I very much doubt, since the tracking number leads nowhere and SEUR doesn't take any responsibility.I will try to get my money back, but don't have any hope.
