I called twice requesting a quote. The first time, I was told that the adjuster would call me back after taking my information, but no one ever did. I called a second time and spoke with a very nice receptionist, who informed me that the adjuster was at lunch and would call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever called. This is poor customer service, and I’m very disappointed.
