This is the worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with. They are greedy beyond belief and would rather lose a customer for life then adjust their premium costs for a customer that has never made a claim on either our home or auto. They increased our auto insurance $250 a year and our homeowners increased over $350... with never making a claim on anything and no tickets or accidents. When I asked them why the increase they just said Insurance is increasing all over. REALLY? I have cancelled both my home and auto with them and WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK WITH THEM. Buyer beware of this horrible company! They may lure you in on a lower premium up front but then they will smack you down with the next years premium. GOOD BYE FARMERS INSURANCE. Worst insurance company ever!

In 1959 a Farmers customer wrote us a letter of surprised gratitude when his car battery was replaced just an hour after it was stolen. A letter from a couple in 2002 wrote that their Farmers agent and Claims Adjuster “were exceptional in their handling of our grief, what we needed to do, and helpful in many other ways.” That same year, when Hurricane Rita struck Beaumont, Texas, Farmers sent 300 agents to assess damages while policy holders were evacuated. Farmers also donated $100,000 for the city’s emergency operations center and two megawatt generators that restored power to Beaumont. Whatever year or decade a disaster occurs, you can count on us to be there for you.
