I ordered a premium bouquet for a friend's birthday, but it arrived looking completely different from what was shown online, both in arrangement and flower variety. They claimed it was shipped tightly packed to avoid damage, but what’s the use of buying flowers if they’re just bunched in a box? Other online florists managed to preserve the arrangement during shipping. Had I known how the bouquet would look upon delivery, I would have never made the purchase. Another issue was freshness; the flowers were wilted upon arrival and showed no improvement after four days in water, with buds wilting instead of blooming. When I contacted customer support, I received excuses and an insulting implication that complaining customers lack integrity. They requested multiple photos and concluded that the flowers’ condition was normal, denying my refund request. All communication indicated a clear misrepresentation and failure to deliver what was advertised. Poor quality, overpriced flowers, terrible customer service, and a lack of honesty.
