Several years ago I had a terrible experience with farm girl flowers. So this year Valentine’s Day, I figured I would try them again. Delivered on the wrong day, flowers were already dead, another terrible experience. I will never use farm girl flowers again.

They stated that it was shipped tightly packed to prevent damage, but what’s the point of buying flowers if they arrive just bunched in a box? The flowers were wilted upon arrival, and after four days in water, there was no improvement, with buds wilting instead of blooming. I contacted customer support and received excuses, along with an insulting implication that complaining customers lack integrity. They requested several photos and ultimately claimed the flowers' condition was normal, denying my refund. All communication reflected a clear misrepresentation and failure to deliver on promises made online. Poor quality, overpriced flowers, subpar customer service, and a lack of honesty.
