I am extremely disappointed with this service. I spent a significant amount on flowers for my mother’s 80th birthday, and they arrived visibly wilted. This was meant to be a special occasion, but it turned out to be embarrassing and upsetting. Customer service was unhelpful. Even after providing clear photos of the wilted flowers, they kept asking for more pictures, dragging the process out instead of taking responsibility. Each response came with excuses, and they ultimately refused to replace the flowers, despite clear evidence they were not delivered in acceptable condition. I initially tried this service to potentially use it for gifts to clients, but after this experience, I will definitely not be using them again. For a company that markets itself as premium, the quality and customer service were severely lacking. It's truly disappointing how they handle significant life moments.
