I’ve been a customer for seven years, but I will never order from them again. The flowers are now three days late and won't be delivered for at least two more days, according to the delivery service. I can only imagine the condition they will be in when (or if) they arrive. When I reached out for assistance, I received only automated responses, including a reprimand for not paying extra for protection. There have been multiple agent responses without any solution so far. It’s concerning to see that many others have had similar experiences.
