I had a very bad experience with Farmina Shop UK. I was charged for items that were shown as in stock on their website, only to later find out the items were actually out of stock. Nearly 20 days later, I still have not received my refund, which is around £50.Customer service is completely unresponsive. I have sent multiple messages and received no proper reply. A coach named Helena replied me via WhatsApp claiming that the refund was being processed, but this was clearly not true as no refund has arrived and there has been no follow-up communication at all.Taking customers’ money for out-of-stock items and then ignoring them is unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, I am starting a legal complaint to recover my money.I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this shop unless you are prepared to chase your own refund and deal with zero customer support.
