When I first feeded cod orange grain free dry to my Maltese I was enthusiastic as I noticed nice hair as he has long hair and energy, that badge was made in Italy. This happened in Greece then I returned in London and I had to order online so the two badges that came were both made in Serbia. I noticed lethargy, the coat dry and overall no matter what the company suggests that they make checks I believe the quality is lower therefore, I will have to change food and that’s a pity . I think is better a company to avoid more earnings because they end with much less clients than what they would have if they continued correct production.

BEWARE people feeding farmina cat food afew formulas,our kitties got sick vomiting and bloody stools,never had issues they are allergic to corn weat,pork and chicken they adding these and natural flavors we don't know what they put they covering their crazy ingredients. I can't put pictures of food we feed,but I will mention VETLIFE CALORIE CONTROL,QUIL POMEGRANATE NEUTERED,VETLIFE HP DERMAAND ECT. 2 FORMULAS ARE FORMULATED FOR SPECIAL NEEDS,AND WE HAVING ISSUES.....
I had a very bad experience with Farmina Shop UK. I was charged for items that were shown as in stock on their website, only to later find out the items were actually out of stock. Nearly 20 days later, I still have not received my refund, which is around £50.Customer service is completely unresponsive. I have sent multiple messages and received no proper reply. A coach named Helena replied me via WhatsApp claiming that the refund was being processed, but this was clearly not true as no refund has arrived and there has been no follow-up communication at all.Taking customers’ money for out-of-stock items and then ignoring them is unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, I am starting a legal complaint to recover my money.I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this shop unless you are prepared to chase your own refund and deal with zero customer support.
COMPANY SELLING DANGEROUS PET FOOD. NO QUALITY CONTROL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.We received whole bag of pet food that had only 4 months left on the expiration date. This product has been sitting on their inventory for close to 2 years before sending the product out to us. We were concerned and reached out to customer service. First, they said it's fine so just feed it to our pet. That is a huge RISK for our pet. This isn't a catnip or whatever that will be fine if its close or past expiration date. This is food. Main food for our pet. When we told them this is unacceptable and we can't use up the whole bag before the expiration date and we want a refund. They said they only will refund if we pay for shipping back to them which is about the same price as the bag of the food. This isn't about the dumb 35$. This is about the principle. And if the company wants to rip off 35$ for their unsellable dangerous pet food, so be it. You just lost a customer of few years.This is for our pets. This is food. This is DANGEROUS. Very questionable of the integrity of their product if this is how they think and handle these quality control issues.
I’ve been using Farmina for years with my previous cat and now with my two kitties who are two years old. I’ve been using Farmina Urinary wet food for cats for about one year with them but, recently the food had a different consistency and my cats would hardly eat it, where before it wouldn’t last 5 minutes after I put it down. I also noticed after they ate it their stool was a little loose.Farmina keeps saying this is normal and their consistency isn’t always the same, except it has been the same for one year. And on top of that their customer service has been awful. They don’t even sign a name to their email responses and it’s apparent after this last email that they just don’t care. They said I should work with the pet store. I was hoping for an assurance that the food would be as it has been all along, but nothing like that at all was even mentioned. I had recommended this food to many of my friends but now it seems I will have to find a different food. I had trusted Farmina but now not feeling the same amd truly disappointed.
It's a 5-star deserving company when it comes to the product, but misses out on proper customer support when some rare issue does arise.Farmina has been my cat's staple dry food for years now and helped her health keep sound -- especially the sheen on her coat and shedding. Just wish availablity could be better. About the support. I was once delivered a substandard, likely a counterfeit, product via HUFT, and provided thorough documentation and evidence to Farmina support. They replied once asking for some more details, which i did provide. They also looped in Goa Medicos or the local India importer, but dropped the ball afterwards and didn't get back to me ever. I don't buy from HUFT anymore. I highly recommend that Farmina ties up directly with Amazon India, without the middlemen. There's a demand for wholesome cat foods in India already and their own presence on Amazon India will provide deeper penetration into the fast evolving Indian market and economy. The third parties can sometimes have issues with storage, counterfeits, and accountability, which in turn hurts Farmina's own reputation.
I am speechless. I have been a client in Italy for almost a decade with huge satisfaction. My first shopping experience in the UK website is a nightmare. Ordered food for my pets on the 20/08, the parcel got lost, DPD says to get in touch with Farmina cause they cannot do anything, tried to send three emails to the Farmina costumer service at different email, tried the whatsapp chat but, surprise surprise, the number does not exist; i asked for an appointment to be called (surprise nobody called me) and i am still waiting to hear where my parcel is or to get a refund!
I have never seen worse customer service in pet food segment than I have experienced over the last 2 weeks at Farmina.com. If you are buying their food, don't buy it from Farmina.com. The customer service team is awful in their attitude, chat breaks, When you place an online order they charge you immediately, but "forget to send" your order from billing to the warehouse - meanwhile unaware that anything is wrong, you wait for the food. They have 100% inaccurate local retailer listings - which includes locations that do not carry their brand at all and their missing locations that do. What is their suggestion to fix their listings? "Call around to all stores near you, and ask if they carry us". And they make using discounts extremely complicated.
