I have never seen worse customer service in pet food segment than I have experienced over the last 2 weeks at Farmina.com. If you are buying their food, don't buy it from Farmina.com. The customer service team is awful in their attitude, chat breaks, When you place an online order they charge you immediately, but "forget to send" your order from billing to the warehouse - meanwhile unaware that anything is wrong, you wait for the food. They have 100% inaccurate local retailer listings - which includes locations that do not carry their brand at all and their missing locations that do. What is their suggestion to fix their listings? "Call around to all stores near you, and ask if they carry us". And they make using discounts extremely complicated.
