I started buying this food for my cat who suffers with IBD. The cans are small and do not contain a large amount of food for the price but the cat seemed to enjoy it. However 2 weeks ago I opened a can that was unusable. It mostly contained a large piece of gristle inedible to the cat. I photographed the item and contacted the company via there website. I did not hear back so again contacted them. Still nothing. I have now stopped buying the food. Clearly this company have little regard for their customers or their pets. One would have expected them to be concerned this had happened. As I write this I have not heard back. Companies that genuinely care about the product they sell do not behave in this way.
