I’m surprised that the average reviews here are so high. The website was clunky, especially when entering addresses. The free delivery offer was misleading; I was prompted to spend more to qualify, only to find it added back at checkout. When I called to inquire, I learned that some products don’t qualify for free shipping, which should be stated upfront. Worse yet, because they couldn’t ship everything at once, I was told I’d need to pay shipping again for the second part of my order. They need to improve their honesty.
