I finalized my order and payment on November 25th, and despite sending three emails requesting a response by December 8th, I have yet to receive any feedback. This lack of communication is unprofessional and quite disappointing!
I’m surprised that the average reviews here are so high. The website was clunky, especially when entering addresses. The free delivery offer was misleading; I was prompted to spend more to qualify, only to find it added back at checkout. When I called to inquire, I learned that some products don’t qualify for free shipping, which should be stated upfront. Worse yet, because they couldn’t ship everything at once, I was told I’d need to pay shipping again for the second part of my order. They need to improve their honesty.
I received constant emails despite never requesting them. There was no visible way to unsubscribe. When I inquired, I was told there was a link at the bottom of the email, but there wasn’t. I requested to be unsubscribed via email, yet I am still receiving them.
