Four times my delivery has been cancelled on the day. While the issue seems to lie with the courier that Farrow and Ball use, no attempt has been made to fix the problem and/ or cover for the loss of time and income that I have felt for waiting in my home for four days for nothing to turn up. Every day I have had to chat F&B and they do nothing.
