I ordered some samples at the beginning of January and was sent an email shortly after to say that, because of demand, they should not be shipped until the end of January. By the 8th of February I still hadn't heard anything so I sent an email to ask for my order to be shipped or refunded if this wasn't possible. The support agent got back to say there was still no date for dispatch and refunded me. So the support was fine but it's disappointing that F&B didn't have any process to keep me in the loop for an order they were unable to fulfill and were prepared to simply keep my money until I chased.
