I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails.Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute.I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service. Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.
