The actual tools are supposed to be used fairly lightly - certainly not hard enough to break - if it breaks, you are pushing too hard. That's it. I am a Remedial Therapist with over 30 years of experience, and I've been spruiking fascia for 2 decades, teaching patients how to self-treat, and one thing I have found over and over again - people expect a lot of pressure is what is needed in order to affect a deep and lasting change, and that is just not the case. If you are using any tool on your body and it breaks, it is not the tool that is at fault - you are pushing too hard. Skin brushing hugely affects fascia - why? Because it is light and consistent movement - and it doesn't hurt. If you skin brush over an area that is sensitive - and repeat the process several times a day for around 10-15 minutes, you WILL effect change - gentle change, and it will be long-lasting. Hundreds of patients over the years have said this to me 'You can go as hard as you like' - and I always say - 'Thankyou, I am'. What they mean is that they want to feel a level of pain because they believe that is what is necessary for the pain they are used to feeling to go away. Essentially any pain they expect me to inflict will be 'louder' to their nervous system than their usual pain. There might be some healing, but not what I can effect by using much lighter movements. These tools are awesome - that said - you can use many items you already have to effect these changes - maybe start with a hairbrush - use it several times a day - THEN, if you feel moved to, graduate to specific fascia tools like these.
Absolute scam. Don’t buy!!! I purchased the mini paddle blaster and used it once right away to ensure I liked it. I then went on a several week vacation and when I returned I used it and a claw fractured off on my leg and the next swipe, another one fractured off. I contacted customer service and they sent me instructions on how to file a report of defect. Let’s just say it was ridiculously extensive-3 photos, pic of serial number etc. the breakage report is 3 pts long! You would think the thing cost $10,000 rather than $68. Then after waiting for response, (you can’t reach a person by phone), I was told I “qualified for a replacement “ but have to pay $28.82 for S&H for new one! What??? I see on Amazon multiple complaints about the same product with photos matching mine so they know this is an issue and want to extort money to cover their costs. So I said just refund me and forget the replacement. Nope. I have to pay $18 to ship this broken thing back to them (why??) and then they will refund the difference. Disgusting.
I ordered one of their sets on sale and used it as suggested. Wiithin 40 days one of the claws broke off of the small blaster. I emailed them immediately about the breakage and after filling out a lengthy form, submitting pictures and way too many emails, I was told it could be replaced but I had to pay for shipping and handling. Clearly the product was not made well and should be replaced at no charge to the customer. They have horrible customer service and I will NEVER purchase from them again. They lost many customers because of the way they handled my damage issue. I am in wholesale/retail and would never deny a good customer a new product when it was clearly a manufacturing issue with the product.
Do not buy from the fraudulent company! They do not send all of the products you order and then refuse to send a replacement or give you a refund! I have had to open a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have several of their products. The small face blaster broke little by little. For weeks I have been emailing back and forth. Long story short, made me jump through hoops to get a discounted offer. First their page was outdated and couldn't submit, then my picture files were too large to submit, 12 emails later it did not qualify. You will never prove it was a manufacturer defect. Awful customer service.
I would rate the actual product more than three, My problem is with Ashley Black I have purchased a total of 6 items from her. As we all know they are not cheapThe large blaster with double rows broke about 6 or 8 months ago I contacted her company and sent pictures with an initial response but a follow-up So I did not have the money to replace So I glued it and it worked fine About 3 weeks ago another, I call it a flower broke off Then 2 days ago another flower broke and I was using on my stomach When it broke it left 3 cuts in my stomach about 5 to 6 inch long I have always taken extremely good care of all these products Due to the cost and my ability to replace them So this is 3 flowers that have broke into pieces and with her track record in how I was treated the first time I hesitated to write this Her customer service has been non-existent If I remember I paid $225.00 for the double row blaster and I believe this one was just compromised in the production and I do not want to blame anyone but I want it replaced as anyone would I believe I just feel like it is going to be the same response as before - "nothing" Very sad for a company to have this poor customer service I just went to check the Savage blaster for damage I didn't realize but it has 10 damaged Flowers 2 that are completely broken off 2 that I reglued and 6 that are cracked This is why I think it is a defective product
I can't figure out where all of these negative reviews are coming from! I am a fit 53-year-old woman retired ballet dancer BUT for some reason the last decade the area above my knees in the back of my legs have really taken a beating because of knee weakness! I started developing lots of lumpiness marks of cellular lead and sagginess above the knees which made me very self-conscious because the rest of me was fit so I just never wore shorts!!!! When I got my eyes fixed in November I decided to turn over a new leaf start working out doing lunges and really working on the rest of my body on an anti-aging journey!!!!! With that being said my legs look amazing I have been using the fascia blaster religiously and I finally have my legs back. There are no horizontal lines on the back of them and all of the sadness is gone above my knees!!!!!! I truly believe that some of these people whom are complaining were already out of shape and only relied on the facia blaster without exercising or doing other activities as a sole means to the end result hence the complaints that they're cellulite came back you have to work out and be active with this!!!!!!!! I am a size 4 but that does not mean that I didn't have my issues just like everybody else!
Terrible customer service when trying to return product. I had to email several times for them to process my return. They had my returned products for eight weeks before I could get a refund. You can only reach them by email too. Never again.
I purchased the paddle fascia blaster a year ago and I used it a few times before deciding it flared up my pain at the moment so I kept it in my wardrobe. I picked it up the other day and it basically was falling apart. The plastic frongs were coming off it, and the plastic peeling away. Believe the negative reviews. Their customer service is basically them using lots of polite smoky words while not answering your questions. Originally I thought it was easy to get a refund as it’s under warranty, until they had me complete a form and then offer to send me a lesser value product but it would cost me $35.00 to ship it to me. I told them I’d prefer a refund. They told me they would send forms for me to complete to return the item. I asked if I had to incur the postage fees to post them the faulty item. Their reply said “all shipping and handling fees are non refundable”, with a link to an information page. The link wasn’t even directly to the page on faulty products. I had to find that myself. Upon reading, they offer a 30 day warranty on faulty manufacturing only. That should tell you something. I’ve now sent them another email asking again if that means I’m responsible to return the faulty item…as it wasn’t on the page they sent me to. It’s been weeks of this and it’s honestly exhausting. It says that they require proof of the fault and/or the product itself. I’ve shown them a few photos but if I’m required pay for the return shipping. This company is excellent at marketing but their products and customer service since I’ve filled out the “form” has been terrible. Edit: I have posted the faulty item back by registered post with a signature on delivery to the address they told me to. Australia post confirms it was delivered 2 weeks ago and signed for. They are denying having received it. I am appalled. I hope they fix this. Edit: after posting this review on their Facebook website, they sent me an email to say I would be getting my refund. The parcel that they said never arrived 2 weeks ago suddenly appeared.
