Trust the low ratings this site has received; they've earned them. In my experience, the quality of the hats is decent, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. However, the customer service is terrible. They eventually stop responding. The return process takes ages. I ordered a hat on 10/14 for Halloween, and although it arrived quickly (10/20), it didn't fit. I sent it back the next day, and they received it on 10/24, well before my deadline. I asked if they could expedite the return, but they wouldn't. After asking three times to cancel my exchange, I received a response over a week later that my exchange had shipped! Their '3-5 day return' process actually took two weeks.
