First off, the price of the hat I ordered was very reasonable. The order was processed and shipped promptly, arriving right on time. It was well packaged, ensuring it arrived safely. The hat offers excellent quality and fit, with a full liner and comfortable band that feels like a much pricier option. The color matched perfectly with the images on the site. A free measuring tool for future purchases was included as well. The sizing was accurate; the large was slightly loose for my 7 1/4 head, but a simple spacer fixed that.
Trust the low ratings this site has received; they've earned them. In my experience, the quality of the hats is decent, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. However, the customer service is terrible. They eventually stop responding. The return process takes ages. I ordered a hat on 10/14 for Halloween, and although it arrived quickly (10/20), it didn't fit. I sent it back the next day, and they received it on 10/24, well before my deadline. I asked if they could expedite the return, but they wouldn't. After asking three times to cancel my exchange, I received a response over a week later that my exchange had shipped! Their '3-5 day return' process actually took two weeks.
I've spent over $300 on hats from this company over the last six or seven years. I returned a hat that didn't match the picture, and they informed me they don't refund the tax I paid (around $3), yet they will charge tax again when reselling that hat. Additionally, they impose a $12.95 'restocking' fee. This feels like a blatant robbery of over $15 of my money. I could have purchased the same hat elsewhere. Thanks for rewarding my loyalty with such poor practices.
Between September and November 2025, I bought a dozen hats from a popular website. I love this place. I returned hats three times with minimal hassle. I spoke with a representative each time, and he was fantastic. Regarding the products, I'm a big fan of the house brand. The hats are beautifully made and finished. My only issue was with the 'crushable' hats; they were too floppy for my liking.
This was my first transaction with you, and I must say it was a delightful experience! I got a great hat at an excellent price, along with superb service. In today's world, that is quite rare. I'm very impressed and grateful. As a collector of fine hats, I wear one of my 40 hats daily. I won't leave the house without one, regardless of the season. Avoid shopping here. They claim to have started in a garage, and it feels like they're still operating from one. I ordered a hat, sizing it as instructed, but it turned out to be 1.5 inches larger than advertised. Plus, they charge a $13 handling fee for returning their mistake.
