I've spent over $300 on hats from this company over the last six or seven years. I returned a hat that didn't match the picture, and they informed me they don't refund the tax I paid (around $3), yet they will charge tax again when reselling that hat. Additionally, they impose a $12.95 'restocking' fee. This feels like a blatant robbery of over $15 of my money. I could have purchased the same hat elsewhere. Thanks for rewarding my loyalty with such poor practices.
