The service has been very unprofessional in handling customer orders. I ordered a pair of shoes in size 8 but received size 7 instead. They charged me a fee for an exchange, which I paid immediately, but the replacement has been delayed. I've reached out on multiple platforms but have not received timely responses. If they could improve their service, it would be greatly appreciated.
