I not happy about the I return the sneakers but they refuse to give refund and NIKE sneakers I was not happy with because is a FAKE and I return it in time since last year December they don't want to refund me they keep on telling me that after 48 hours you will get the refund till today they even charge me the collection money for order but today they I didn't not return within 21 days but I return it in 7 day Fashioncrip is a BIG SCAM when you chart with them they are not responding they took 2 days to respond their Phone is ringing with no answer they SCAMMED me till today waiting my refund they said I must but they will not refund it
I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the inadequate service I experienced concerning my recent order, which was expected to arrive on 24th December 2025. This order was made well in advance, anticipating timely delivery due to the significance of the date. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive as scheduled, and I have not received any clear communication or satisfactory updates regarding the delay. This lack of reliability and communication is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As a result of this issue, the purpose of the order has been entirely compromised. I had anticipated a higher level of service, especially during a busy period when accurate delivery timelines and customer support are crucial. I would appreciate an immediate explanation for the delay, along with information on when I can realistically expect my order. I would also like to know what measures will be implemented to rectify this inconvenience. I look forward to your swift response and a resolution to this issue.
I placed an order on the 3rd of December and it's now the 18th. I genuinely feel deceived as no one is responding to my calls. The customer service is the worst I’ve encountered, and although I often shop online, the service from this platform feels like a scam. It's hard to believe they can operate like this and still be considered a legitimate company.
