This order was made well in advance, anticipating timely delivery due to the significance of the date. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive as scheduled, and I have not received any clear communication or satisfactory updates regarding the delay. This lack of reliability and communication is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As a result of this issue, the purpose of the order has been entirely compromised. I had anticipated a higher level of service, especially during a busy period when accurate delivery timelines and customer support are crucial. I would appreciate an immediate explanation for the delay, along with information on when I can realistically expect my order. I would also like to know what measures will be implemented to rectify this inconvenience. I look forward to your swift response and a resolution to this issue.
