Customer service is a complete waste of time. Avoid ordering from this company. Delivery times are long, and the return process is awful. I am still waiting for a refund for a return made in December 2023. I have made at least 20 calls, and no one has resolved the issue. A 5-month delay with no response from customer service is unacceptable. A total scam!
