I have been a loyal customer for years, but the service has recently deteriorated. They now rely on various third-party sellers, resulting in extremely long delivery times that are unacceptable. Additionally, their prices have risen significantly compared to other similar platforms, making them less competitive. Despite my loyalty, I have received no bonuses or special offers. I am very disappointed with the current state of the service and do not recommend using this platform anymore—there are much better and faster options available.
This platform offers a wide variety of brands and frequent sales, which is why I keep returning. Delivery is usually prompt, but there have been a few cases where items arrived with minor defects or did not match the online images. Quality control could use some improvement.
They split my order into two to charge two delivery fees and did not allow card payments upon delivery. I also question the quality, as it does not seem to match what I typically expect from the brand. My experience with another platform has always been positive. Customer service is a complete waste of time. Avoid ordering from this company. Delivery times are long, and the return process is awful. I am still waiting for a refund for a return made in December 2023. I have made at least 20 calls, and no one has resolved the issue. A 5-month delay with no response from customer service is unacceptable. A total scam!
