I placed an order on 13th October, and I'm still waiting for my items. I didn't receive an order confirmation email, nor any updates from the delivery company. I've already been charged. The delivery service claimed my package was refused, which is false as someone is always home. I've requested proof of delivery attempts since I have CCTV evidence. It's frustrating that the delivery service is unreliable, and the customer support team has also provided conflicting information. I have to wait until Thursday for clarity about the parcel. Although my replacement was eventually delivered, the box was damaged. The delay nearly ruined a special occasion, and now I face a long wait for a refund. Be aware that return shipping costs are on you. I’m hesitant to order again due to the lack of goodwill from customer service.
