I have been waiting for my order that was sent 23 days ago. I called to inquire about the expected delivery 8 days ago and was told it would arrive in 4 days, but nothing came. After calling again, I was then informed it would take 7 days! I received a text saying delivery was scheduled for today, but once again, nothing arrived. Later, I got another message stating they couldn't deliver yet. When I contacted the service to find out why, I was advised to reach out to the seller for a refund or replacement. This situation is unacceptable! You have £70.99 of my money, and I urgently need the items. Please resolve this issue. I'm very frustrated!
The discount codes never worked, and I've received no replies to my emails. Trying to contact by phone has been a waste of time. The reason you don't have my details is that the advertised codes were faulty, so I didn’t place an order. I tried again on another device, but the same issue occurred. Many other reviews echo this problem, and it's clear I'm not alone. I've sent three emails requesting a reply this week, but there's been complete silence. Customer support has ignored my attempts to resolve the issue, leading to this negative review.

I ordered 1 bra and a 3-pack of socks online on 24.10.25, paying £21.89 including delivery. The promised delivery time was 7 days, but now it’s 24 days later, and I'm still waiting. Despite reaching out four times, I've had no response. I suggest avoiding this company; like me, you might not receive your order or any communication. No money has been taken from my account, but I can't understand why my emails about the non-delivery have gone unanswered.
The clothes are beautiful, fit true to size, and were dispatched and delivered promptly. The website is user-friendly, possibly the easiest I've encountered. After ordering three times, I've consistently found the clothes delightful and the service impressive; it's great value too.

Although my replacement was eventually delivered, the box was damaged. The delay nearly ruined a special occasion, and now I face a long wait for a refund. Be aware that return shipping costs are on you. I’m hesitant to order again due to the lack of goodwill from customer service.

Customer service keeps repeating what I already see in my emails from the courier. I advise avoiding this company due to their inadequate returns process and lackluster customer service.
