Vert disappointment with your refund policy and my recent return experience.
This was my first time ordering from Fashion Nova, and unfortunately, it has not been a positive one. I was unaware that refunds are not issued back to the original form of payment and that customers are instead limited to receiving store credit. Had this been clearly communicated prior to purchase, I would have reconsidered placing my order.
It is extremely frustrating to be stuck with merchandise that does not fit and a gift card for items I am now hesitant to purchase. A more transparent and customer-friendly refund process would make a significant difference, especially for first-time buyers.
I hope you will consider reviewing how your return policy is presented and possibly re-evaluating the policy itself. Clear communication upfront helps build trust with customers.
