Review Time
I have ordered around the 11th February for the first time with Fashion Nova and estimated delivery was set to be the 27th February. I tracked the parcel and the information stated that the parcel was received in Johannesburg South Africa on the 19th February and I'm also in South Of Johannesburg but I haven't received my orders till this date. The tracking status has been like that since the 19th, there is no phone numbers non of the couriers knows anything about my parcel. I'm desperate and disappointed because I ordered on time and am leaving for vacation yet did not get any of the orders for the same said trip. This is bad and will appreciate if I could get my orders and have a proper effect cell phone numbers for one to communicate with the courier's.

Great experiences shopping at FN! Wonderful clothing choices for any occasion. I do wish they would add the model’s measurements to the descriptions; it would be extremely helpful. Always arrives on time
I order couple years ago there stuff was Okay 2 out 6 legging I didn’t like but I just ordered again and I Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN THANK god atleast 2 skorts I can take to a tailer but the legging are trash Nothing like the picture all same shit Material ! I spent 120$ on bunch garage that doesn’t even fit me smh
Vert disappointment with your refund policy and my recent return experience.
This was my first time ordering from Fashion Nova, and unfortunately, it has not been a positive one. I was unaware that refunds are not issued back to the original form of payment and that customers are instead limited to receiving store credit. Had this been clearly communicated prior to purchase, I would have reconsidered placing my order.
It is extremely frustrating to be stuck with merchandise that does not fit and a gift card for items I am now hesitant to purchase. A more transparent and customer-friendly refund process would make a significant difference, especially for first-time buyers.
I hope you will consider reviewing how your return policy is presented and possibly re-evaluating the policy itself. Clear communication upfront helps build trust with customers.

Placed order with this company in which order was never delivered tracking continued stating undeliverable due to inclement weather although weather was fine. Customer service as well as online chatting offered no assistance basically blow the situation off and advise to place a stolen item report. No credit or investigation offered to resolve issue. Will Never order from them again and will pass the word aroun.

I love browsing the website for new and interesting clothing and accessories! Been a customer for years and will continue to be! My number one site. I have put on pounds so FN claims to have 3X sizes in up. Went to Montebello Town Center FN and they did not have one item. So I went online and they had an abundance of options. Clothes are decent but prices are great! Also the clothes came in 3 days! Absolutely superb!! Thanks GN for hooking me up! Margo C
Worst shipping times ever. When I first started ordering from them the shipping time was great. Lately it’s been taking weeks. The last several orders I didn’t even get an update except for your order has been delayed but you’re more than welcome to cancel.
