I bought four trees, but one arrived out of its container with roots exposed in water. I reached out to customer support right away and followed their instructions. Now, two months later, this tree seems unlikely to survive, making it unsuitable as a gift. I'm advised to wait 90 days to see its condition, but the other tree is thriving. I believe the problematic tree should have been replaced after my second inquiry, as they seemed unaware of my issue despite previous photos I submitted. Overall, I am not satisfied with the support I received.
