I initially ordered 5 honey crisp trees, but upon arrival, 2 were damaged about 10 inches from the top, one had all the dirt spilled out, and another had its two largest branches broken. When I reached out to the support team, they sent me 1 replacement and suggested waiting to see if the others would survive. I paid for 4-5 foot trees to avoid waiting 2 years for them to reach the height I expected. Unfortunately, a similar issue occurred 2 weeks later with 8 Autumn fire maples; over half had broken branches or tops. Due to the shipping damage, I am considering sourcing more locally, as it seems difficult to transport them to my area without issues.
